Join Us
To those interested in joining NSLab, before you apply, you should first know some responsibilities of being a member of NSLab:
- We have a weekly group meeting, during which you are required to give a brief progress report every week, as well as deliver 1-3 long presentations per semester. It is your responsibility to create your research plan for each semester, and you are encouraged to actively engage in discussions with your peers in my absence. Project meetings can be scheduled on-demand, and your performance will be evaluated at the end of each semester.
- The successful progress of every research progress also relies on the effective management of administrative affairs. There is a possibility that you may be assigned to a position in team services, but if this occurs, please don’t worry. You have the right to decline the assignment without any negative consequences. Additionally, you will be compensated for your work.
I hope you to know how to carry on a reasonable discussion with others, to be willing to exploring ideas independently and responsibly, and to fully dedicate yourself to any subject you are currently pursuing.

Important: If you are an undergraduate student intending to take the course of special research (CSIE3512), then you are required to have previously completed or audited the course CNS.
